科技媒体 borncity 8月19日发布博文，报道称微软承认 8 月累积更新 kb5063875 存在故障，部分设备从 windows 10 升级到 windows 11 过程中报错 0x8007007f，导致升级过程无法继续。
我们援引博文介绍，本次报错故障主要出现在以下升级场景中：
- windows 10 1809 至 22h2 升级到 windows 11 22h2/23h2
- windows server 2016 升级至 2019 或 2022
- windows server 2019 升级到 2022
微软还承认存在重置与恢复故障，涵盖 windows 11 23h2、22h2，windows 10 22h2、enterprise ltsc 2019/2021、iot enterprise ltsc 2019/2021 等。
具体表现为无法正常执行“重置此电脑”、“修复 windows 更新问题”“远程擦除”等操作，影响企业与个人用户。
微软已在 windows health dashboard 中正式确认上述问题。针对 0x8007007f 升级错误，微软于 2025 年 8 月 15 日发布修复补丁，建议用户在此日期后重新尝试升级操作。
对于重置与恢复故障，微软正在开发专门的补丁，将在未来几天内通过“out-of-band”紧急更新推送，力争尽快恢复相关功能。
