问题1解决：
方法1：将命令https改为git
原句：
pip install git+https://github.com/ruotianluo/meshed-memory-transformer.git修改：
pip install git+git://github.com/ruotianluo/meshed-memory-transformer.git方法2：在https:后加入gitclone.com
修改：
pip install git+https://gitclone.com/github.com/ruotianluo/meshed-memory-transformer.git
问题2解决：
将setuptools包删除
输入命令：
pip uninstall setuptools
搞定！！！
